As I was contemplating making another genocide EFT to save suicide par and at least preserve what's left of my $3500 in BJ winnings, I just thought to myself, "Why should I even have to do this when I am OWED a deliquent $100 marker from Journeyman?"

I've given up ever collecting from him. He's made it clear he'll never pay me back. But since he now works for the Rx, I am going to ask The Shrink to make good on it.

This is how it is:

During the Lucky Noir situation (where I turned a $10 free account into $5000 and one game away from $15,000

) I asked three people for help with my pending $2500 and $1500 payouts. Lucky Noir said they would pay me by the weekend but it was early the next week and still nothing.

Peep ignored my frantic emails and then lied about ever receiving them.

The Major agreed to help but I didn't hear back from him.

And then finally I asked Journeyman for some assistance.

Shortly after I asked J-Man, I recieved the $2500 NETeller transfer which may or may not have been because of his phone call. Most likely he just took credit for it after the fact.

This is the financial position I was in at the time (and Journeyman knew this): I had over $400 in suicide debits and EFT's pending and owed someone else $1500, so $1900 of the money plus whatever overdraft charges were gone as soon as it touched my NT account. The last thing I wanted to do was give away $100 more.

But as a citizen in a civil society, I thanked Journeyman for his efforts and offered him a $100 NT transfer for his troubles. Did the same thing with The Major. He refused of course, as is the expected and proper response.

Journeyman, however, enthusiastically and without hesitation accepted. He even made sure I knew how to do the transfer by explaining I must use his email address.

I had no other choice but to give it to him. I figured I'd win it back easy the way I was going (I still had a sizeable bankroll) and plus he'd pay me back someday when I was down on my luck.

I was DEAD WRONG on both counts!

But I didn't ask for the money back. That would have been rude and UN-civilized. I actually was hoping that Journeyman would do the right thing and give it back to me on his own.

Nothing, not a word, not an email, not a cent. Zippo!

All right, but I thought maybe down the road after enough time had passed, I would ask him for it back and he'd give it to me.

Well eventually that time came and I asked and he made an excuse. And then another time, same thing. And then when I was really in deep shit and REALLY needed a $100 transfer, he once again made an excuse: I didn't explain my situation clear enough.

HOW'S THIS: I'M GOING TO PHUCKING JAIL IF I DON'T WIN AT LEAST $600!!!!!

Thank God I ended up winning my genocide straight putt on the Indians over the Tigers.

This time I complained. JJ got mad and said just for that he'll NEVER pay me back.

So that's when I gave up ever collecting from him.

Now I'm once again in a situation where $100 could mean everything to me or could cause a series of suicide chain events that ends with my compulsive rear end without a NETeller account or worse

Yes indeed, this is shaping up very similiar to Suicide Saturday where I maxed out with $3000 in losing genocide NETeller EFT's with no ability to make another bet to win it back and no one to bail me out. Someday I'll tell the story how I survived but not now. This is about the $100 I am owed.

What I want is basically three things:

1. $100 deposited into one of my books (doesn't matter which)

2. An Rx T-Shirt (extra large please)

3. A naked picture of Angelle (all right, that might be strecthing it
icon_razz.gif
)

That's it. Those three things and I'll never mention this again. And if one of my books want to give me a free $100 to compensate me, that's fine too. Make it a 100X rolloever. I don't care. I just want what is due me. If I lose it, it was never meant to be anyway.

That's all I have to say. Thank you all for your time and I will await the response...

Dell Dude,

You should try to step out of yourself and read this thread from an objective point of view. It really does make you look bad. You offered the money, and he accepted. Whether his accepting was the proper thing to do is irrelevant. You offered it and he accepted. Just let it go. I dont think you should continue to gamble. Look what it has reduced you to. You are a grown man upset over $100.

I'm not upset about the money. I'm upset because of the principle of it. When someone does something nice for you, you should return the favor. He didn't. That shows what kind of person he is.

I don't even want the money. I would prefer that Journeyman just give it to a charity of my choice ala Lenny did for BTJ. That would satisfy me.

He won't even do that, though, because he's the one who's desperate for money. He'd have to be to accept the $100 in the first place and then refuse to return it when I was down on my luck.

All's J-Man has to do is make a $100 donation (and it has to be verified!) to my favorite charity and this all goes away.

Let's see what that POS says now...

Dell Dude - If you give someone a gift and they don't give it back to you when you ask (or don't ask LOL), that doesn't make them a stiff.

There are enough real stiffs around here.

Whatever label you want to put on it, it's not right what Journeyman did and continues to do. I have just made what I think is a fair and just offer to resolve this dispute.

I can understand him not wanting to give me back the money because of the harsh words that were exchanged, but there should be no problem giving it to my favorite charity. It's only a hundy. That would finally put an end to the Lucky Noir situation once and for all.

If not, I will continue to be Journeyman's conscience indefinitely............

if you do end up in jail, it will spare us from having to read these attention whoring threads that the fine folks at mw have asked you not to post there anymore. so now the dork is back here.

and if you read your thread again, there is no way anyone owes you $100.

This thread should have stayed in the main forum. J-Man is being exposed for what he is: a smalltime hustler.

I knew he would never even agree to donate the money to charity. I was just curious as to his excuse. Mr. 19 inches of mush apparently won't even give a reason.

I gave him that money as a gift. I am formally requesting that he return it. If he doesn't want to give it back to me, fine. Just give it to my favorite charity. Why keep it? $100 is nothing, or at least it should be nothing.

Man has no self respect. I pity him. But what else would you expect from someone who tried to peddle that infamous $100 flyer scam? I guess one hundred is the magic number for JM.

Amen.

Dell - I'm not going to laugh at you or even make light of it but I really hope you get some assistance. This stuff isn't funny. When someone one day ends up in a very serious predicament people always think to themselves how did no one see it coming? You're a guy headed the wrong way sir, even that is an understatement. Until you knock off the fun and games and acknowledge you have a problem you will not be able to deal with it.

Condolences for the loss of your Grandmother and best of luck to you down the road.
